The Philadelphia Chapter of AAREP was established in 2022 as a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization. Our goal is to advance current and emerging commercial real estate leaders from diverse backgrounds through exposure to industry resources, relationships, community outreach projects, business development, and career opportunities to provide a diverse talent pool to corporations.
AAREP is steadfast in its commitment to growing its presence throughout the country. From its beginnings in 1995 as a small group in Washington, DC, this network has expanded across the country to include hundreds of professionals. In 2020, a number of our leaders recognized the need for the Philadelphia region to formalize an organization in support of its Black real estate professionals.

The board is committed to the Philadelphia region and the professionals in it. We have created a space for professionals that will take the commercial real estate space by storm and change the landscape for African-Americans in commercial real estate.
